Information we collect

We collect the event and contact details you provide, including event date, time, location, guest count, occasion, cuisine preferences, dietary notes, service style, budget or minimum-guarantee information, parking, power, venue restrictions, name, email, phone number, and SMS consent.

If you complete a booking payment, payment information is processed by our payment providers. We may also collect technical usage information such as browser data, device data, analytics signals, URL parameters, UTM values, and conversion identifiers used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use your information to create request summaries, contact relevant caterers, collect and display quotes, send email and SMS updates, process booking payments, release contact details after confirmation, support customer service, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

The purpose of collecting structured event details is to reduce back-and-forth calls, help caterers understand the opportunity quickly, and give customers a secure page where offers can be compared online.

When we share information

We share information with independent restaurants, caterers, and food providers, payment processors, email and SMS caterers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and support tools when needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or SMS consent data with third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or marketing partners for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Before a caterer submits or is selected for an offer, we may share event details while limiting direct customer contact information where practical. After a customer accepts an offer or when operationally necessary, we may share the contact and event details needed for scheduling, setup, payment, customer support, and event coordination.

Transactional SMS updates

If you provide SMS consent, we may send customer-care text messages about your catering request, including request confirmation, quote updates, secure tracking links, provider questions, booking/payment updates, reminders, and event coordination notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a request, receiving quotes, booking catering, or using our service.

Marketing or promotional SMS consent is collected separately from transactional/customer-care consent. If a form offers promotional SMS, it appears as its own optional checkbox and is not required to submit a quote request, book catering, receive service, or send a provider inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Retention and security

We retain information for operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
