Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for FoodTruckQuotes by Spotvira bookings and vendor offers.

Before a vendor is confirmed

Submitting a catering request does not create a confirmed booking and does not require payment unless you later accept a vendor offer or complete a booking-payment workflow.

Booking payments

When you accept an offer, FoodTruckQuotes may collect a booking payment to reserve the vendor. That payment may include a vendor-required reservation amount, a FoodTruckQuotes coordination fee, payment processing costs, or other disclosed amounts depending on the offer and checkout flow.

If the vendor requires no reservation amount, FoodTruckQuotes may still collect a customer-facing booking payment or coordination fee when that amount is disclosed before checkout.

Vendor cancellation terms

Vendor-specific cancellation, weather, minimum-guarantee, voucher, balance-due, and refund terms may apply after an offer is accepted. Those details are shown on the offer page or included in the confirmation when available.

If you pay a vendor directly for any remaining balance, shortfall, add-on, overtime, or event-day charge, refunds and disputes for that payment are generally handled under the vendor's disclosed policy and the rules of the vendor's payment processor.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an event, contact support as soon as possible at (347) 450-9450. We will review the offer terms and work with the vendor when practical.

Vendor fees, minimum guarantees, non-refundable reservation amounts, late-change fees, weather policies, and FoodTruckQuotes coordination fees may still apply after a vendor has reserved staff, equipment, inventory, or event time for your booking.
