Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before a caterer is confirmed

Submitting a catering request does not create a confirmed booking and does not require payment unless you later accept a caterer offer and that offer has a clearly shown Spotvira payment due.

Spotvira payments

CaterRadar may collect a clearly shown booking-access fee before provider names, contact details, full quote details, and booking tools are shown. Caterer payments, including any caterer-required reservation amount, deposit, minimum-guarantee shortfall, or remaining balance, go directly between the customer and caterer.

After booking access is complete, accepting a caterer offer does not add another CaterRadar fee. Any caterer deposit or balance is handled directly with the caterer.

CaterRadar refunds only amounts collected by CaterRadar. Caterer payments are subject to the caterer terms shown on the offer and any direct agreement between the customer and caterer.

Caterer cancellation terms

Caterer-specific cancellation, weather, minimum-guarantee, voucher, balance-due, and refund terms may apply after an offer is accepted. Those details are shown on the offer page or included in the confirmation when available.

If you pay a caterer directly for any remaining balance, shortfall, add-on, overtime, or event-day charge, refunds and disputes for that payment are generally handled under the caterer's disclosed policy and the rules of the caterer's payment processor.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an event, contact support as soon as possible at (347) 450-9450. We will review the offer terms and work with the caterer when practical.

Caterer fees, minimum guarantees, non-refundable caterer reservation amounts, late-change fees, weather policies, and the CaterRadar booking-access fee may still apply after a caterer has reserved staff, equipment, inventory, or event time for your booking.
